Position Summary

Durango Homes is seeking an experienced Residential New Home Supervisor to oversee and manage the entire home-building process, from groundbreaking through final client handover while also maintaining outstanding client satisfaction alongside strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and company leadership. This position combines technical project oversight, trade/subcontractor coordination, hands-on physical site management/leadership to ensure all homes are completed safely, delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest premium quality standards according to the company and industry.
